Software Engineers – Unix / Linux Environment

Code: 06SELX02, Position: 1, Locations: Athens Greece

Candidates should have 2+ years of proven experience in software development with good programming skills in C/C++  on Linux operating system. Knowledge of RDBMS technology and proficiency in UNIX flavors (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX) is essential. Experience on object oriented analysis and design methodologies will be considered as an added advantage.

A successful candidates should have the ability to analyze and solve problems, to take decision on technical issues and to be able to learn contemporary software development related technologies. Experience on writing technical documents will be evaluated positively. Exposure to the banking / financial sector will certainly be an added advantage. University degree in software engineering or computer science or a related discipline and  the ability to travel abroad are considered essential.
