SwallowTech Limited takes over PLACID S.A. Operations

Last year SwallowTech took over Placid. In order to rationalize, streamline and integrate the operations further and make the whole company more efficient we have completely restructured the group and with immediate effect the name of Placid will be replaced by SwallowTech and all office core administration will be done from London.
The changes continue to reinforce SwallowTech’s commitment to continue delivering cost-effective solutions in the areas of financial reconciliation, cash management and back-office automation, with the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction available in this field.
Contact numbers and email addresses for customer support remain unchanged; the usual team are in place to support all Carat modules in the existing languages. All existing contract conditions remain unchanged.
