Outgoing
Intelligent Cheque Clearing Module is also an integrated
part of iCCS™ that provides facility for
scanning, reading and encoding the cheques
paid, issued by third parties and creating the
appropriate files to be send to the local
clearing house.

The
module operates only in electronic mode. |

OiCCM™ encodes all
outgoing cheques with a Unique
Reference Number
- URN with
12 digits length
that is used for internal indexing and
easy retrieval. |

|
Each
outgoing cheque is scanned, the code-line if exist is read
(MICR, OCRA, OCRB), the images
are stored and the appropriate files for the
clearing house are created.
|
|
|
If the code-line is
missing or can not be read completely, for any
reason, the operator has the ability to type the
missing data along with the cheque's amount and
issuing date. |

OiCCM™
module operates also as independent system under
the name OiCCS™.
